I don't believe that vacuum lines have pressure. With the access as shown in the picture, maybe you could find where the other ends go, and not remove the dash, but tape a new hose of the proper length to the old hose and pull the new hose through to the proper connection point and connect it. Also 1/8" line from that valve to the EVAP Purge valve control.
